Empathy first
You are heard before you are advised. Every answer begins with how you are feeling, not what you did wrong.

πΈ Your sakhi through every phase of womanhood
Sakhi is a gentle companion for women navigating their health and their life β periods, hormones, energy, mood, the questions you have never said out loud. No lectures, no judgment. Just someone who understands, and stays.
Ask freely. Feel understood.

Why Sakhi?
A cycle that never arrives when it should. A diagnosis handed over in eight minutes, with a word you had to search for later. Hair, skin, weight, moods that stopped feeling like your own β and a quiet worry that maybe you are making too much of it.
So you ask the internet at midnight. You ask a group chat. You read something frightening and something contradictory in the same minute, and you close your phone no calmer than before.
What is missing is not more information. It is someone who knows your story, asks how you are actually doing, and answers like a friend who happens to understand bodies like yours.
Sakhi began there β in conversations with women who had learned to expect very little from anyone they told. We are building this with them, not for them.
You are heard before you are advised. Every answer begins with how you are feeling, not what you did wrong.
Small, doable shifts that fit your kitchen, your commute, your week β never a plan that assumes you have all day.
What you share stays yours. Private by default, honest about what we know, and never alarming for the sake of it.
Not a one-time answer. A presence that remembers last month, notices patterns, and checks in when it matters.
What we're building
A place to say the messy, half-formed version of how you feel β and be met with warmth instead of a form to fill.
Your body explained the way a knowledgeable friend would explain it: plainly, patiently, and without making you feel behind.
Guidance shaped around real food, real schedules and real energy levels. One small thing for tomorrow, not thirty rules for forever.
Cycles, phases and seasons change. Sakhi stays β remembering what you told her, and noticing when things shift.
βI didn't want another app telling me what to do. I wanted someone to tell it to.β
Confidential
Everything here is optional except a way to reach you. What you write shapes what we build next β and it stays between us.
Whether you want to be an early voice, work with us, or simply say something we should hear β tell us when you're free and we'll call at a time that suits you.
